Whether you’ve faced challenges with weight, health, stigma, or care…

you’re not alone, and you belong here.

What is the Ella Health & Weight Registry?

Nearly two-thirds of adults in the U.S. live with obesity — but their lived experiences are often left out of healthcare conversations and research.

The Ella Health & Weight Registry is part of Everyday Lives Leading Advances: Ella. By signing up and completing a short survey, you help us better understand real-world health and weight experiences.

Your participation helps us support your health journey and may qualify you for future research opportunities, including clinical trials for GLP-1 weight-loss medications. If you are selected, participation is always optional.

Together, we’re building a more inclusive, compassionate future for every body.
